Additional Information
- Retainer exhausted - At such time the retainer is exhausted, the retaining entity and expert will review moving forward so as to most efficiently proceed for both parties.
- Travel expenses, to be covered by retaining entity to include airfare, hotel accomodations, transport and reasonable per diem expenses
- Preference is for materials to be sent on paper and electronically in a secure manner. The printed documents shall be securely stored by Schultz Consulting, kept confidential, until a mutually agreed upon length of time pertinent to the case.
